I started my journey in 2015. I am an Issa-certified fitness trainer and nutritionist. I help people to achieve their fitness goals. As I gained experience, I came to understand that this activity is a mental and physical game. One quality I’ve always had is self-confidence. I never let myself feel bad since I always understood that natural bodybuilding takes time and if you are not under good coaching you will waste money and time.

“Who is Eligible to Train with Me?”
Men and women who are 15 years old or above, open-minded, action-oriented, and committed to transforming themselves physically and mentally are eligible to train with me.
“Who is Not Eligible to Train with Me?”
I do not offer sport-specific coaching. Individuals who are not accountable, fail to keep in touch, or make excuses/complain are not eligible to train with me.
My Clients
As a personal gym trainer, I have worked with clients who aimed to achieve different fitness goals such as body transformation, weight loss, and muscle building. Some of my clients have successfully transformed their bodies through a combination of strength training, cardio, and nutrition coaching. Other clients have focused on building muscle mass and increasing strength through targeted resistance training programs, while also working on mobility and flexibility.
